About

A practical view of transformation, built across many roles

I have spent most of my professional life around technology: building it, organizing teams around it, governing it, and helping business leaders make better decisions about it.

My path started in software development and moved through analyst, product owner, architect, development manager, area manager, product manager, and senior IT leadership roles. That gives me a practical view of transformation: strategy only matters when it can survive contact with teams, systems, budgets, and real delivery constraints.

Experience from code to leadership

Because I have worked across technical, organizational, and leadership layers, I can connect business goals, architecture, product, data, and delivery into one practical direction.

In recent years, my work has focused on energy and utilities digitalization, group-wide IT architecture, BI and data services, innovation, and practical AI and data science use cases.

Earlier experience in banking, finance, software products, and engineering management adds another useful perspective: how complex systems, product teams, platforms, and operating models actually work together.

That is why I look at transformation across several layers at once. The technical solution needs to make architectural sense, but priorities, decision rights, trust, communication, and execution capacity matter just as much.
